Booking for stalls at Melbourn Fete 2026 is now open! If you would like to book a stall, please ensure you have read the terms and conditions and complete the booking form below.
The Fete will be on Saturday 13th June from 12 – 5pm and we look forward to welcoming ~3,000 visitors from our local area and beyond once again.
A member of the Stalls team will be in touch to confirm your booking after the initial call for stalls has closed (31st March 2026) and to arrange payment (if applicable).
Pitches are approximately 4m wide x 3m deep, most with additional space to park 1 (one) vehicle behind the pitch.
Costs per pitch for stalls remain unchanged from 2024:
- £40 for small businesses
- £10 for fundraising by local clubs and/or charities
- FREE for displays raising awareness/profile of local clubs and/or charities but not fundraising
Terms and Conditions
- There will be an official raffle at the Fete, so no other raffles are permitted
- The Stalls team will be working to create a good mix of stalls for the Fete – apologies if your stall is not selected this year!
- The initial call for stalls will close on 31st March 2026, after which the Stalls team will notify stallholders of confirmed bookings.
- Please note that we are unable to help with tables or gazebos for your pitch
- We are unable to provide power for pitches.
- Gazebos MUST be secured with guy ropes. If you have a corner pitch, your guy ropes must be made visible to visitors (e.g. using flags/bunting or guy rope covers) to ensure they are minimised as a trip hazard.
- After admission to the site, there is to be no movement of vehicles during the Fete unless they are emergency vehicles or part of an official display, to comply with Health and Safety requirements.
