One of the cornerstones of Melbourn Fete is good food, and we welcome applications from local food vendors/food trucks to provide food and drink options to our hungry fete-goers.
We work on the basis of a pitch fee of £100 for food vendors, payable when the Food and Drink team have confirmed you booking.
We always try to provide a good mix of food and drink to ensure that everyone can find delicious options, so our Food and Drink team will select what they feel is the best mix from those who have put in applications. We apologise in advance if you are not selected this year!
Important Information
- Sadly we are unable to provide power for food vendors/trucks. We ask that you bring a generator/battery bank if you need power.
- Proof of Food Hygiene certification and public liability insurance must be provided to the Food and Drink team to comply with the terms of our event insurance.
